Digital Engineering

This is where Nachi3D Labs ideas become real objects. CAD modelling, 3D printing, laser cutting, and 3D scanning — delivered through the sister brand at nachi3d.com. If you need a website, Labs builds it. If you need a printed part, Labs routes it through Nachi3D. All made in Essaouira — local pickup or shipped anywhere in Morocco and Europe.

Deliverables

What You Get

Parametric CAD modelling — editable designs with dimension-driven constraints, not fixed meshes
FDM prototyping in PLA, PETG, ASA, or TPU — functional parts in 24–48 hours from final CAD
SLA/resin detail parts for miniatures, jewellery masters, and tight-tolerance enclosures
Laser cutting and engraving on wood, acrylic, leather, anodised aluminium, and slate
3D scanning and reverse engineering — capture existing parts as editable CAD for reproduction or modification
Finishing and post-processing: sanding, priming, painting, heat-set inserts, and assembly

How It Works

Process

01

Discovery

We define the part requirements: dimensions, tolerances, material, quantity, and environment. If you have a sketch, a broken part, or just an idea on a napkin — that's enough to start.

02

CAD

Parametric modelling in Fusion 360 or FreeCAD. You get a fully editable file, not just an STL. Revisions are dimension changes, not redesigns.

03

Print / Cut

FDM, resin, or laser — whichever process fits the part. Test prints for fit-check before committing to a full run. You approve the first article.

04

Finish & Deliver

Post-processing as needed: sanding, painting, inserts, assembly. Shipped with the CAD source files so you own the design outright.
